ROSS NOBLE

Musical: Young Frankenstein: Garrick Theatre, London, 2017

I must confess that, to date, I have not seen Geordie comedian Ross Noble stage act which is supposed to be amazing where he randomly makes up the act on the spot and turns it into comedy gold.

What I have seen was Noble starring in a West End production of the musical version of the he classic 1974 Mel Brooks horror spoof Young Frankenstein, the show written by Brooks and Thomas Meehan. Noble was perfectly cast as hunchback Igor, who just by appearing on stage got roars of laughter and then lumbered around ineptly, with clownish zaniness and being extremely funny.
