Lucy Buckley appeared for the Hull What’s On Comedian of The Year Final 2024 as part of the Hull Comedy Festival in November 2024.  She was extremely confident on stage with witty material that engaged with the audience.  Myself being a judge, she thoroughly deserved third place in the competition, I look forward to seeing her again and wish her every success.

Buckley returned to the Hull Comedy Festival in November 2025.  I saw her as a guest for Hull What’s On New Comedian of the Year 2025 and also appear with a group of very funny comedians at Quip Spice Comedy.  She is a very engaging performer and effortlessly at ease with the audience.
