The Late Show at The Warren: The Warren – The McElderry, Brighton, 2021
Brighton-based William Stone delivered a strong five-minute set at Birdies Comedy in July 2019. Looking dazed and confused through wide eyes sporting a big bushy beard, he delivered extremely quirky and well-written one-liners to the audience who continuously laughed out loud.
It was a pleasure to watch Stone play a bigger crowd for The Late Show at The Warren that I saw at the Brighton Fringe in 2021. Although having an on-stage nerdy persona, the comedian was exceptionally confident as he delivered more brilliantly funny one livers to the enthralled late-night crowd.
