The Best of The Comedy Store: The Comedy Store, London, 2021
Prince Abdi is a British comedian, writer and actor. Growing up in London having moved from Somalia as a child, Abdi painted a picture of his background to generate a distinctive way of storytelling and delivering comedy.
He was confident and funny when I saw him do his routine on two occasions as part of a bill of comedians for The Best of The Comedy Store at the Udderbelly on the South Bank, London in 2016 and at the 99 Club in Leicester Square, London in 2017.
Abdi was a guest for Happy Mondays Comedy Lockdown and The Return of The Craic Online Comedy Club in January 2021 where he delivered a routine about life during a very difficult year for everyone was inspired and very funny and it was wonderful to see.
The comedian played The Comedy Store in August 2021. Clearly enjoying himself on stage, he was a master at building routines making the audience consistently laugh out loud with his views on life.
