Angel Comedy: Camden Head pub, Islington, London, 2017
I saw Ant Dewson at an Angel Comedy showcase in London in 2017. The musical comedian was extremely witty with his comedy and songs. His songs, backed by his adept piano playing, are wonderfully varied, from a song which explains why it’s easier to be faithful when you’re ugly to his consonant, vowel, consonant, consonant song: his tribute to the long running TV quiz Countdown.
