Malawian stand-up comedian based in the UK, Dalisa Chaponda was a guest at the Just The Tonic New Year’s Eve Special online that I saw in December 2020.  The third placed 2017 Britain’s Got Talent comedian was very quick witted and extremely funny describing his experiences of lockdown.

I saw a live recording of Jessica Fostekew’s food hit Hoovering Podcast Live for the Leicester Comedy Festival in February 2024.  Chaponda was a guest, and this was an Easter special, so all the audience had free chocolate eggs.  I it was a great hour spent in wonderful company.

The comedian was also a very funny guest for Steve Gribbin’s 40 Years In The Saddle – an anniversary show held at the Hot Water Club in Liverpool in October 2024.
