Gary In Punderland (Support): Cryer Theatre, Carshalton, 2021
As an opening line describing himself as Britain’s only deaf comedian, Steve Day brilliantly supported Gary Delaney on his tour that I saw in November 2021. Day was genial, very amusing, and charming as he described his problems of being a deaf man who could only slightly hear. The audience really took to his engaging style and he was a wonderfully funny warm up for the main act.
