I watched London-based American comedian Mike Capozzola perform a five-minute set for the Sofa So Funny! comedy showcase in July 2022.  He had a very dry style of comedy featuring voice characters in bizarre situations which went down well with the audience.

Capozzola was the first act of the Sofa So Funny! showcase that I watched at the Angelic pub, Islington in January 2024, and the last act for Outside The Box Comedy Club at New Malden in March 2025.  He returned again to Sofa So Funny! in January 2026.  Delivering a rich array of funny stories from purchasing his new glasses to his love life, he was smart and very funny making the audiences laugh a lot.
