Comedian Jody Kamali performed his new showThings We Do For Love to close the Hastings Comedy Festival 2023. Kamaili’s show was high-energy: a story about the intricacy of his dual heritage, mixed with the silliness of love and of being a dad. Using physical comedy and clowning, with the audience (including me) playing roles on stage, Kamali brought the characters to life in a thought-provoking and extremely funny way. This was a wonderful way to end a great festival.
