Garry Starr is a thespian wants to save theatre so his act is made up of different kinds of theatre to entertain and enthrall the audience Starr is the creation of Damien-Warren Smith who, when I saw him perform at the Pick of The Fringe for the Brighton Festival in May 2018, did indeed impress and was hilariously entertaining.
