Always Be Comedy (2 shows): The Tommyfield pub, Kennington, London, 2018
I saw Liverpool-based comic Ant Campbell make his first appearance at Always Be Comedy in February 2018 and then again in September 2018. Campbell is a rising comedy star and I was extremely impressed by his caustic wit and relaxed approach. It was a very funny debut and his material about growing up in Liverpool created lots of laughs, When I saw him the second time, his confidence had soared and I think he has massive potential as a comic.
