I saw Laura Smyth play at Birdies Comedy in July 2018. The comedian was also a guest at the AFC Croydon Virtual Comedy Night in February 2021. She was confident, brassy and was in total control of the room witty describing things that annoyed her.
The comic was a guest for The Now Show recording that I saw at the BBC Radio Theatre in April 2023. Smyth was extremely witty with her monologue about daily life.
Smyth took a guest spot for the Downstairs at The Kings Head 40th Anniversary Show that I watched in April 2023. She also featured at Always Be Comedy in October 2023. Both instances, talking about her hilarious time as a teacher, she was very entertaining.
