Comedian Chris Stokes was a last-minute replacement guest for the fourth online show from Always Be Comedy. Stokes had a very easy-going manner as he sat and delivered his hilariously funny set to the online audience. He was relaxed and cutting in his remarks about marriage and divorce. He had warmth and was unafraid at trying to communicate with the online audience.
I also watched Stokes as a guest for The Forge Comedy Club at the Brighton Fringe in May 2023. Stokes was enjoying himself bantering with the audience delivering cleverly constructed jokes and stories, that he overran his time, and the audience really enjoyed his easy-going style of humour.
