Canadian comedian Leslie Ewing Burgesse made a guest appearance for Live @ Limehouse 3 that I saw in October 2019. Her purple hair and full on presence made her very engaging with the late-night crowd and her points of view comparing the UK and Canada were very direct and extremely funny.
In February 2020, Burgesse co-compered the Flamingo Sparks comedy night with Vix Leyton. They made an engaging and funny double act introducing the comedians with enthusiasm and vigour.
Burgesse was a great guest for Vix Leyton’s Comedy Roulette in July 2020 – a show were topics are talked about based on the randomness of balls being generated from a machine. Burgesse was lively, funny and contributed well to the show.
