Radioactive: Pleasance Courtyard, Edinburgh, 2016
Radioactive ran for seven years on BBC Radio 4 and was written by Angus Deayton and the late Geoffrey Perkins. The series was centred on a spoof radio station and in 2016, Radioactive was revived on stage at the Edinburgh Festival with the original cast including Deayton, Michael Fenton Stevens, Philip Pope and Helen Atkinson Wood. The live show like the radio series featured characters such as the fatally imprecise cookery pundit Anna Daptor played impressively and hilariously by Wood.
