Bridget Christie is a brilliant, clever, intelligent comedian and actress.  I have seen her perform at the Edinburgh Fringe in the play The School For Scandal in 2009 and deliver also deliver twenty minutes sets of inspired material at the Linda Smith Gala in 2015 and the Arnold Brown 80 Birthday Bash in 2016.  However it was when she performed at Always Be Comedy in 2016 rifling through an Edinburgh preview one hour show that she really came into her own.  In the show Christie wanted to talk about horticulture but instead is driven to talk like many in the current climate about Brexit.  To an intent audience, she delivered an awkward, hilarious, angry and helpless outburst against what Britain was becoming.

In August 2021, the comedian performed an hour of new material at Always Be Comedy in London.  Brimming with ideas and energy, her stories about family, life mishaps and the mess that the country was in, were intelligent, very clever, and very funny. She returned in April 2023 with new material, featuring an ingenious story about a stray cat.

Christie is a great commentator on the state of current affairs and a very funny woman.
