Comedian David Mitchell, the star of television’s Peep Show (with Robert Webb) and a team captain on Would I Lie To You (the other being Lee Mack hosted by Rob Brydon), gave a glowing tribute to comedy writer legend Barry Cryer at his 80th Birthday celebrations that I went along to at the Palace Theatre, London in 2015.
