David Whitney co-ran the Backyard Comedy Club Thursday Night show that I saw in May 2021. After announcing to the audience that it was he who sanitised the microphone at the interval, he then proceed to talk into it with such confidence and superb timing of the line. He owned the stage for the ten minutes he performed and the audience continuously laughed at him.
