Comedian Charmian Hughes was the compere for Saturday Night Comedy Cabaret that I watched Downstairs at The Kings Head in February 2022. Hughes was fearless and charming with the audience combining banter with brilliant routines on family life and the state of the country whilst introducing an impressive bill of comedians.
