Comedian Archie Maddocks was the compere for The Forge Comedy Club, that I watched at the Brighton Fringe 2023. Dealing with some very intense and strange members of audience, Maddocks proved what a good compere he was by turning awkwardness into comedy thoroughly entertaining the crowd in between introducing the acts.
