I watched comedian Rich Austin appeared on a double bill (with Haseeb Malik) as well as being a finalist at the What’s On Comedian of The Year Final for the Hull Comedy Festival in November 2023. He also returned to the festival in November 2025 for Quip Spice Comedy telling stand-up, performing sketches and stories and audience interaction.  With a very confident, easy-going stage presence, each time, the jokes and stories were exceptionally funny and clever and he was a joy to watch.
