Birdies Comedy: The Savoy Tap, The Strand, London, 2019
Lewis Goody is a comic rapper who performed at the free Birdies Comedy showcase that I saw in March 2019. In his five-minute slot, he delivered a song he had written that morning for International Women’s Day and then he asked me to stand up from my seat and hold his microphone whilst he sang a second song. His act got big laughs and friend Maria who I was with that night recommended that Goody would made a good support act for comedian Rob Deering which I agreed. Praise indeed and recommended.
