Sean Hughes’ Blank Book: Gilded Balloon Teviot, Edinburgh, 2017
I saw comedian Hannah Norris as a guest for Sean Hughes’ Blank Book at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2017. The concept of the show was to play the classic ‘story-round-the-circle’ game with a group of comedians led by Sean Hughes. Together with Carl Donnelly, Joe Rowntree and Norris, they improvised material around a pre-written opening, with the aim of reaching a pre-written ending that was kept from them but revealed to the audience. Norris was lively and engaging which greatly helped the show.
